Millennials in the workplace.

The writer of the report refers to the millennial generation in the workplace,meaning the generation of the 80s-90s, who do not take work hours seriously, and also have the rates of leaving work more than others.
Millennial in the workplace is a global survey conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), a huge number of these two generations were collected for a survey about the workplace in term of wages and the balance between life and work on this particular generation. 
One of the results of this study were the commitment of this group like others in the workplace.In addition to that, they value the balance between working hours and family life, despite their desire for flexibility in working hours, even if the wages are reduced.
Furthermore, this group believe that corporate leaders must appreciate their desire to develop the technological skills and also contribute together in improve and build a better community.
The writer also indicates that managers and organizations should consider the worker's conditions in term of creating flexible working hours and provide assistance to the worker.
